Smoked Meats and Fish

Our meats and fish are cured using our own recipes, handed down through the generations.  Albert then selects the proper wood for aroma and color and moderates the temperature of the smokehouse to achieve the desired result. 

When you walk into Thurn's, you become quickly aware that you are in a smokehouse.
