Wursts

Our traditional sausages are made with the finest cuts of pork and beef.   Grospop Thurn brought several of the recipes from Germany himself back in the 1880's.  Albert has modernized and added a few new recipes that are still made with the same care his great-grandfather used.

Several wursts have many names.  For instance, wiesswursts are also called bockwursts, coney's, brats, or white wieners.  This is due to regional preference or use.  This system nomenclature is relevant in even here in Ohio.  But, at Thurn's, you can trust that it is the same product that you may be used to by another name.
